"I loved the location of this property. Close to Bar Harbor, but much quieter and easy access to Acadia National Park. My room was nothing special (standard room with a parking lot view) but it was super comfortable, and there are so many places around the propery to enjoy the bay views, I did not feel deprived not having it from my room. "The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean, though a bit outdated. The shuttle bus to Bar Harbor Village Green runs frequently, making it easy to avoid parking challenges and fees. The location is excellent for exploring Acadia National Park. The property itself is spacious, with plenty of areas to walk our dog. We also enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which offers beautiful views. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay."

"The rooms were clean but the pools were not clean. Most of the staff was good. The woman who was supposed to make up our room after the first night not do anything. The barbecue areas were to small to accommodate so many guests."

"The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM...
