"Beautiful hotel, great staff!"

"The hotel was stylish and trendy and had good amenities. However, the bathroom toilet was faulty and the flush would remain on and continuous. Also, the fitness suite was too small and not as shown on the hotel website's images."

"We were impressed with the building - never stayed in a castle before! Our room was very adequate too. As for dining, it seemed a fair way to the restaurant but it wasn't raining so it didn't matter: it might have been a different story if the weather had been wet."

"Good stay, comfortable sleep and friendly staff. Our only complaints were the tv which didn’t work properly, we expected our room to have view which it didn’t and it was pretty noisy in the morning because they put us above the cargo area . "

"On Newcadtle historic quayside next to millennium bridge. Faboukouscsetting. Easy reach of neecadtle city carparkimg to rear of hotel. Good size rooms quit super comfortable. Modern themed bathroom with ovebath rain head shower. Nice and powerful. Tv ,ironing board, mini fridge,hairdryer modern themed bedroom subdued lighting everything is class. Breakfast room floor 1 overlooking River tyne and the bridges. Outstanding service from Tessie felt as though we had known her for years so...

"Hotel is in a prime position for Newcastle city centre the room has everything you need.The prices and food are reasonably priced for a city hotel.The staff were very helpful from check in to check out.The only downside was the music coming from the public bar underneath the hotel which only stopped at 2am."
