"This was our second visit, and it didn’t fail to impress. On this occasion we stayed over Christmas, and the hotel was decorated fabulously. We had a castle feature room which was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner, which again was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were all polite and professional, always chatty with a smile on their faces! Would definitely recommend."

"Never stayed in a hostel but chosen due to location and previous good reviews. Stayed with my older children in the rooms with en-suite. The room was clean, en-suite was small but perfectly fine. Bed was comfy. Could not fault it. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Bar was loud but that's fine, it was a younger crowd. However staff left us take our drinks to quieter room away from the bar especially as someone in my group is autistic and would not be able to cope with the noise. So we were...

"From entering the lobby which was lovely and beautifully decorated for Xmas to the friendly efficient reception staff to my great comfy, clean and facilitous room to a very nice dinner served by really great staff to a very nice breakfast and my check out where reception staff wished me a great day.. A very enjoyable stay!"

"For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints. "
