"I needed a room for disabled access on the ground following surgery issues and done there and then. Extra pillows given for my legs. Young man at reception was an absolute diamond and did anything to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing customer service."

"The room and en-suite were clean. The bed was firm and comfortable and the sheets were clean. The staff are first class and happy to help. Only one personal complaint, the area outside the window is the smoking area and with it being hot, I had to keep the window open which meant the smell of tobacco and weed would fill the room and the loud conversations were annoying. I am although happy to recommend the hotel."
