"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "We Booked 3 Rooms for 2 Couples. Our Room was Perfect, however the other 2 Couples we were Travelling with, had issues with Heating not working and it was March ,which can be very cold and Damp, there was a problem on 3 Days out of 5. They were offered a Room change, but declined, as one of the Couples both have Sleep Apnea Machines. Breakfast was very good, as were all.the Staff. "Loved the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The pool, gardens and beach were wonderful. Everything felt well looked after and the highlight was the food in the buffet restaurant which was amazing.
