The rooms needs renovation. I don't think it should be considered a 5 star hotel. I spoke with the receptionist and they informed me that they do not keep all the lights on so it is only when breakfast occurs that the upstairs lights are turned on. The rooms are quite dim so lighting isn't ideal. The staff continually try to convince you to join cruises / use their taxi service. The breakfast is quite basic with not a lot of choice. The hotel is far from the city and is by a loud busy road. The room was extremely hot so was unable to sleep. I asked for AC and they said they don't have any. There is black mold in the bathroom. For me I rate it a 2 star. Our TV would not turn on and we had to continually call staff to help us turn it back on. The one staff member that made us enjoy the hotel was Yunus , excellent customer service. However I will not be going back to that hotel ever again.
