"Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely made my whole stay so incredible. The hotel was beautiful, the jungle vibe didn't feel cheesy and the plants were beautifully maintained. The hotel really was gorgeous, the beach was beautiful, but the people make this hotel great. Couldn't recommend this place enough. "

"My stay was wonderful! The staff were WONDERFUL and extremely professional. Perfect location inside the Tulum National Park. I traveled there solo for some RnR and felt very safe in the park. I went on regular walks by myself throughout the day. The hotel itself is VERY quiet and beautiful scenery. I ate all my meals at the hotel. Food is AMAZING! I’m a food snob so that means a lot coming from me. Beaches were in walking distance. Snorkeling was just a 15 min walk away. The room itself...
