"The property was unique and beautiful surrounded by nature felt refresh daily. The staff was amazing and kind. However, the food was not the best I would only recommend staying within the limit of breakfast that was included as the food doesn’t have much flavor. What I did not like was the private pool were extremely cold. The expectation was the pool to be at least a regular shower temperature throughout the day but it was extremely cold at all hour of the day. If you experience cold plunge...

"Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong.
I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered.
An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered.
Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard.
Horrible experience but beautiful place.
Save your money and book a reputable hotel. "
