"Very nice property only issue that we faced was first the rooms smelled like mop water room was nice but reeked of dirty mop water. Second the buffets food was always cold or lukewarm. Property is nice good stay other than that."

"The staff Israel and Fernando we exemplary as front desk and very knowledgeable of the resort and their staff ! Our 30th anniversary was spectacular because of them upgrading us when room was available the last 3 days with a private pool, wine and chocolate covered strawberries was the best touch and the banner! "Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back."

"This place is all aesthetic illusion and zero substance. The beachfront location and kind staff are the only things keeping it from being a complete write-off. The rooftop pools—one of the main booking draws have been stripped of their appeal. They’re now covered by a solar awning, blocking nearly all sunlight. "This hotel is a jungle paradise on the beach! The rooms are so beautifully designed, clean, and natural feeling. We stayed in a standard room on the second level and our bathroom had a skylight! We were treated so kindly by Steph, who made our stay 10x more special. She was helpful at every turn and deserves all the praise!"
