Memo and Ramon were great as were all of the other instructors who took over when Memo went on vacation. And the bike tour guides provided very good information about the resort. "

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet.
