"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"This trip was great for a group of us wanting to stay in the same place. It provided us plenty of space to cook meals, rest, and play in our own private pool. It is part of a larger resort with access to several larger pools, activities, food, drinks, and beach.
It is a full house with fridge, kitchen, grill, and dining room table. However, they don't provide water, or any easy ways to get a large amount of water that a group of 8 needs. They also don't provide dish soap, dishwasher...
