"The hotel was really nice and affordable. Unlike other reviews the shower was working properly. The only downside was the cleanness. There were a lot of ants in the room (and climbed up the bed at night) and there were pieces of hair on the bed sheets. Other than that great location and friendly vibe."

"We loved our stay at Mereva Hotel. The staff was super friendly and treated us very well. The food at the hotel was amazing and they had plenty of complimentary activities as well. The room was super clean when we arrived and the housekeeping team was top notch. The hotel itself is located in a prime spot not too far away from Tulums main attractions. "
