"Location was very close to the train station and walking in the Neighbourhood in the evening was nice.
Fabulous breakfast with wonderful seating inside and out and always great to have a physical newspaper to read.
I would stay here again"

"Uns wurde ein Zimmer gezeigt, welches wir nicht gebucht hatten. Es war eine Notabsteige in einem Nachbarhaus. Unerträglicher Gestank. Schmutz und überstrichenen Schimmel, Lichtschalter ohne Blende und somit freie Stromkabel. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht bezogen und sind in ein Nachbarhotel eingezogen.
Personal war frech und hat uns beschimpft."

"Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, eine große Auswahl, alles frisch, reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal: In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen gelegen und nur wenige Meter von zahlreichen Restaurants und Lokalen entfernt.

"Lovely property with great sized pool - perfect for the family and nice and quiet. 10 min walk to supermarket and a 20 min walk to riva centre. Very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us."

"I do not recommend this hotel\. We had a very disappointing experience as a family\. The breakfast was very poor quality, the American coffee was unpleasant, and the fruit was not fresh\. The management was very rude and treated both guests and employees poorly, which made our stay uncomfortable\. There are much better options in the area\."
