"Nice location and very good overall experience. Noisy people above us and I’d asked for feather-free pillows but they were not. TV is challenging to operate, even with instructions. Donna in reception was very helpful and kind."

"I wish there were more lounge chairs in the shade. The pool was ok, not a relaxing day by the pool by any means lol. The cabin was super cute and very quiet and we'll maintained. The air conditioning units leak water down the wall and cause mold, you can see it. I just wiped it with a towel as it was over our bed. Loved that you could open the windows and the screened in porch was nice. All staff were very pleasant."

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. The grounds are really beautiful and sitting outside looking at the pool is very calming and peaceful. The dining rooms are very elegant but one of them in particualr is rather dark. Also, most of the chairs were very low, and for an elder person, hard to get out of, and for a short person, way too low for the table. Again, the staff was accomodating and found us a table with normal size chairs, but they shouldn't have to. The one thing...

"This is a very nice hotel, and I would have given them 5 stars across the board. However, they failed to clean my room, and they have yet to send me the bill for the stay. I checked out at around 9 am, Friday morning, and at the time of this writing (12:56 pm), I have yet to receive my final bill."
