"Extended stay means bring your own plates, etc. for the kitchenette, hair dryer and shampoo. Minimal services. No breakfast"

"The property has outside appeal. The inside was clean and appeared maintained. However, the interior is built cheaply and this is noticeable in the rooms. The lighting is designed to go off automatically but this was a safety concern. When showering at night the bathroom lights would Click off and it would have to be reactivated to come on. The intent is noted but again, dangerous trying to manage in the dark. The room set up Felt more like an apartment meant for longer stays rather than a hotel...

"No pool"

"Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience."

"Booked room with Expedia in May. Reservation canceled ‘Property closure?’ Rebooked at same property, same dates via Expedia at a higher rate in June? Property blamed Expedia for cancellation. Suggested I call the property directly for my next stay. I agreed. I’m not a happy Expedia customer."

"Chantelle at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She was the best part of our short stay. The room was fine, it was basic, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just ok, it was pretty limited, not as good as other Best Westerns we've recently stayed in, and they were out of a few things even then. All in all, the stay was fine for that level of accommodation"
