"This hotel smelled amazing, beautiful decor, very friendly staff who treated us like family! I lost my wallet in Central Park and they received a call from the person that found it and did everything they could to help me get back to it. "Upon arriving at the hotel the bathroom was disgustingly dirty with other people's hair all over the floor and instead of sending someone to clean it they tried to move me to another room and in the other room there was no air-conditioning and it wasted 90 minutes of my time and also the second room they put me in was less quality of a room.
