"Very nice stay, and staff was great. I forgot to report it, but the detachable shower sprayer in room 122 had a leak in the hose. We didn't use amenities."

"Sadly the rooms are in quite bad shape. Not cleaned properly at all. At least the sheets were cleaned. I sent my feedback to the hotel and have yet to hear back. This is not my first time staying here and since the first time I’ve stayed here the cleanliness has gone downhill. The staff are lovely though."

"Wonderful staff. Room was clean and New-York sized, plain but comfortable and clean. Wish there was coffee service that didn’t require wait lines at the (excellent) French bakery cafe on the first floor. "

"Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!"
