Every staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay, especially those working at the pool and fitness centre. 10/10 would recommend"

"The room was clean and spacious. If you are traveling with a family I suggest you use the corner Wing as the main Wing is much louder and more for singles. I traveled with my four $ eight year old sons. They had a blast in the rooftop pool and the location was convenient for getting to the MRT station. The staff was very friendly and everyone was very kind. I highly recommend staying here."

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the location, the he shuttle bus to the beach was timely and it is really a 10 minute ride to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs for rent 200thb. Breakfast buffet was extensive, you will be able to find many food choices. We really appreciated the surprised “happy birthday pastry” for my husband. Great and dedicated staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality. "

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "
