Only stayed here for 1 night but very lovely helpful staff, decent priced Japanese restaurant in the hotel, cheap to book a grab from airport to hotel as shuttle does not drop you off directly at airport, rooms were very clean, modern and big! The room is quite good, but the water in the shower never gets hot and the noise from the hallway is too much. You can clearly hear a loud sound the door makes when it opens with the key card, and it’s annoying. The restaurant is excellent!
