"The only thing I didn’t like when we were arrive, there were no valets out there and then we were leaving so come up after my husband had the car already unloaded that was the only thing about staying at your hotel. That was not great for me. I have a hip problem and have a walker, and if I had came with a girlfriend of mine that we travel a lot, we would’ve been waiting a long time for someone to help us because she’s also a cancer patient but other than that, the state was wonderful. "Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Bus und Bahn fahren direkt vor der Tür. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Bars. Auf unserem Zimmer gab es eine kleine Küche und sogar eine Nespresso Maschine mit original Kapseln. In der Lobby gibt es Kaffegetränke und Wasser kostenlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt "

"I have told everyone back home how wonderful this hotel is. It is beautiful and clean. It smells divine. The Alamo is on one side of the hotel and the shopping mall is on the other side. Riverwalk is just a few minutes walk. Whatever cuisine you are in the mood for is a short walk. The valet parking is very convenient, although it took me a while to figure out how to get to it because the gps takes you to a section that is shut down due to now maintenance work on the Alamo. I love, love, love...

"We loved this hotel! The staff is very friendly and everything was super clean. Our family of three has stayed at different hotels on the island, but this one is always our favorite. We also really enjoyed their new 24/7 coffee machines—the coffee is delicious! We’ll keep coming back!"
