"Possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my entire life. The room was an absolute nightmare. Checking in was also a nightmare, had to go back to reception to get new keys three times to ultimately have to get a manager so they could try their universal key to see that it would not unlock. My favorite part, though of our stay had to be the fact that they did not have any towels in the room or on the property."
