"We loved our stay. The server at Firefly’s was awesome. We enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The views are amazing. The pool looked great for families but I would have loved to get a drink & relaxed in the pool or hot tub without all the kids running around. It was full up until closing time. Overall, it was a great hotel. We can’t wait to go back! "

"Nice hotel within walking distance of all the action. If you don’t have to, don’t rent a car. Hotel is easily walkable to all nightlife & arena. The cost of parking, as in most major cities, is crazy expensive. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel that is a little more expensive, but faster to get to and from your car. Rooms were spacious, but the decor was nothing special. Hotel bar with live music in the lounge. Indoor pool was small, but kids enjoyed it. "

"Light fixtures misses on ceiling fan in living room, light over dinning table hanging so low it was hard to sit at the table without bumping your head, no broom to sweep floor, ac did not work well and was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The water area is not included in price and you have to buy tickets. Security was excellent as well as the check in process."

"Rooms were clean however there's several smoking areas around property so there was alot of cigarette smells in the halls & elevators. If that bothers you I would not recommend this location. I would not stay here again due to that. "

"We took our grandkids for the weekend as a birthday gift and we absolutely loved this place the grandkids had such a blast the waterslides and splash pool was a huge hit and the arcade with all of the games , bowling etc was amazing, there was so much to do for the kids ten out of ten and we will definitely stay again "

"We stayed here in February knowing some outdoor areas would be unavailable for the season. However, what stood out was the lack of spaces for adults to relax while kids are playing or swimming. There really weren’t comfortable spots for parents or adults to sit back and unwind nearby. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more designated relaxation areas for adults within the family spaces. Even an outdoor heated area for those who prefer to sit outside would be a nice...

"This hotel charges $14.95 per night for PARKING!.. This was not included in the total cost of the room when I booked. I was given a paper to sign at check in and told I owed an additional fee. Keep in mind this is per night. This can add up quickly when staying for a long weekend. Another guest told me this was new and he has been staying at this hotel for over five years and never had to pay until now. The hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was good. I only rated this hotel a 4 stars...

"The staff was so helpful and friendly . My husband and I came for our anniversary. They provided us with complimentary champagne, chocolates, key chain , post card and water with a nice little card that had two drink vouchers. That was a pleasant surprise! They also had breakfast to purchase and a little snack store. Hotel was very clean and had an amazing Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom to jam out . "
