"We have stayed at this hotel three times and have never had problems like we did this time. The reason we chose this hotel is because our kids like the waterpark. On the second day of our stay, the waterpark (outdoor slides) never opened. We had six people in our hotel room and at no point were we provided with a sufficient supply of towels, blankets, pillows, or toilet paper. This is a nice hotel, but for the price we paid, I expected better."

"After taking a red-eye flight, we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 a.m. exhausted and simply hoping to take advantage of the Hyatt’s early check-in options. Before I could even finish explaining our situation, the desk agent, Jazzmin, immediately blurted out that early check-in would cost $100. When I asked about the hotel’s actual policy and explained that Expedia and the Hyatt website indicated the fee was $50, she repeatedly insisted, “No, it’s $100,” without providing any further...

"It has a small river walk which was very gorgeous the pool area is pretty the rooms are very clean staff was amazing definitely will be my stay if I ever return"

"The outside property was great and well maintained. Pool clean and area kept well. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. Prefer bed changed/made and trash emptied each day. Room provided was near elevators and wasn't insulated well. Heard working noice all throughout night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant."

"The Edge is our home away from home. So perfect a place right on the river and very close to the strip… but not so close to be loud. The rooms were big and very clean and our balcony allowed for lifetime memories to be made! We even watched as a bear looked for his supper in the river! We could walk everywhere easily. The staff was great and even the breakfast was perfect! We will be back soon!"
