Appreciated the kitchenette and the good rate. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing in it but a stove, fridge, and tiny microwave. So you have to bring your own pans, dishes, silverware. Pretty quiet, bed comfortable enough.
Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The kitchen did not come with supplies which was not a problem for us as we were going out with others. Location was excellent and staff were very caring.
Stayed here because all other hotels were booked or very pricey. From past experience this hotel chain is more of an extended stay. The staff were friendly enough. Checked in and had to have maintenance come to the room because the air wasn’t working. The beds were horrible.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Good, but not great.
The hotel was fine for what we needed except for the bed. It wasn't comfortable and I have back problems and it did hurt my back quite a bit. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy and had just about everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check-in and out went very well.

Nice staff, clean for the most part except the floor. A construction crew was staying there and my room floor was very dirty and dusty. Definitely hadn’t been mopped before checking in. Also was only offered housekeeping one time during my week of staying there, and the floors didn’t get mopped then either. Other than that, I felt safe there and it was quiet at night.

Needs a Management Change
The G. M. has NO PEOPLE SKILLS & VERY RUDE!!! Talks about Hotel Guest to other employees and guest. Very Demanding and Putting Guest down ..
Other then her the rest of the Staff is Awesome...
Understand this is an extended stay facility.
Finishing Installing new flooring upon arrival. GOOD THING, slight inconvenience.
Room smelled like cigarettes.
Old school outlets/switches, no USB. No amenities like soap, shampoo or hair dryer in room. Drawers had different types of debris in them.??!,?
TV remote was sketchy.
No ice machine. (Ice trays available upon request).
Front desk closes at 10pm
Full size Refridge/freezer worked great! (Allthough beat up pretty good).
Parking was adequate.
Fortunately we just needed a place to flop while attending Bristol race
Walked into the room there are cabinets on the walls, no cabinet doors. Someone’s dirty bra hanging off the back of the bathroom door. Got about 6 channels of cable, which was more than my neighbor had. Minimal bedding, mattress was uncomfortable. Compared more to the barrack room I had in the military than a “hotel”. No amenities in the room. However there was a fridge and two burner stovetop. Walls are very thin, and hallways echo. For the same price there are multiple hotels in the area that definitely better experiences.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room had roaches, so I requested a different room. Unfortunately, the second and third rooms were also dirty and not in acceptable condition. Because of the cleanliness issues, I was unable to stay at the hotel.
To make matters worse, I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights I had reserved, even though I could not stay due to the condition of the rooms. I also spoke with the supervisor, who was rude and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority, and sadly, this hotel failed in both areas. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.
This place is great! Definitely worth it and the price is awesome!!

No hair dryer, no iron , no coffee. No one cleaned the room or took out the trash our entire stay that spanned 4 days. We were given 2 washcloths and 2 towels, which you had to take the dirty ones down to the desk to be given more. We had roaches and it smelled bad in the hallways. I won't be going back.
The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.
