"Rooms are clean, kitchen has everything you need to cook! Property is well kept!"

"Clean and friendly staff. Did not understand why indoor water park only has all rides open for only 2 hours when there were 4 life guards at the top of of the other slides when only 2 were needed. Put a damper on the indoor side of things."

Not enough towels in room Hair all over sinks and sheets Asked for comforter for pull out bed, they brought SHEETS. Water slides closed after a long time at timeshare presentation. Water park closed upon arrival on Saturday While trying to work, a dog next door was constantly barking. Unable to work. Was unable to use parking pass at river terrace."

"Great location but the hotel needs updates. Old worn out funiture, paint, etc. We checked into our room when we arrived. After a couple hours we noticed tiny black bugs flying around. Looks like they may have been coming from the drains in the bathroom! Called and informed the desk and they accommodated us with a suite in about 15 minutes. There were no problems with the suite. Breakfast was good, but on the third floor. The elevator broke down on the last day we were there. I felt bad for the...

"The Inn was great overall! Perfect proximity to the Island. If you decide to stay here be sure to request the Island cue side, if is way to loud on the street side! P.S! Get some sand …"

"Loved everything about this place. Breakfast was wonderful. Planning to return next year. The pool area is a great addition. Staff was friendly and attentive. I could go on and on !"

"Clean rooms and hospitality is excellent. Only concern the pool is open until 11pm and people are screaming/hollering which echoes through the enclosed area."

"I don't think you can beat it for the price. it's a great deal, room was very clean, very cool indoor pool with a water slide for the kids. it's close to everything. staff are generally helpful. second time I've been here very happy."

"The rooms were not cleaned properly at all. There were finger prints all over the mirrors, and hair throughout the bathroom. The beds were not made properly. Weird stains behind the bathroom door, which looked a bit like makeup. The hotel also had a weird smell. The breakfast was yummy though, and the breakfast attendant was very sweet."
