"We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...

"The customer satisfaction is the main priority of the hotel and the staff, by addressing all customers professionally, when they enter the hotel and trying the best to fulfill customer's needs. One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen."

"Love the grand chancellor. Only issue we had was lighting in room. Your room card operates lighting so of a night there is pitch blackness which is dsngerous when trying to navigate your way to toilet and not wanting to turn all lights on. The room needs stand alone soft lamp light in corner of room so you can get up safely at night."
