Our room was very spacious and all amenities were great, breakfast was lovely as well. Plenty of options available. Hotel very close to restaurants and attractions. Great stay
Very nice hotel and the staff were very hospitable and friendly. We had two rooms a premium king and a twin and both were very clean. The king had benches for bags which was handy, the twin did not so that took up extra floor space. Breakfast was surprising with a good level of hot and cold options. Overall, a nice family stay and accommodating to our elderly family member using a wheelchair.
It was a short one night stay for us. The hotel was clean but a bit dated. It's close to everything if you drive. There is also an on-site parking which is next to the building and costs $10 a day. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay
It's very convenient for us mostly staying to attend medical appointments. The staff are attentive if required. The bathroom was spotless. I could have done with a complimentary shower cap but the shower set up meant I kept my hair dry! Important when you've had a cut and blow dry!
Very comfortable room for an overnight stay, If staying longer in Launceston Iwould choose this hotel as a base for multiple nights. Close to city centre. Breakfast was great.
Refrigerator was leaking a bit of water due to ice accumulation. A microwave oven would have been really handy (though I understand this is a higher quality hotel). A fantastic location, staff & the rooms were spacious.
Great location in the middle of Launceston. It was easy to drive in and out of the city for daily excursions. Plenty of eating options nearby but be careful. On a Sunday evening, there are a lot of closed restaurants and shops due to the quiet nature of this town.
I don’t like the shower as have wet hair when use shower and no shower caps provided.
Loved the appelle hand cream supplied.
Great location and quiet. Big room
The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was tidy and a nice size. Just one thing it needed was a usb port to charge my phone, apart from that was great!
