"There was construction at the entrance that was not disclosed in the description. All the luggage carriers were being used for an extended period. The bell hop refused to help with luggage. Just a bad experience. I did get a refund though."

"I was disappointed that the lifts did not have key card access to floors, allowing anyone to access the floors. In particular I was concerned as a solo female traveller, the hotel door safety lock was poorly maintained with only 2 of the 3 screws in place and they were not flush with the door. One good push and it would have given way. My room number was 1431 if you wanted to fix it."

"This is a beautiful hotel with such friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious and included pancakes, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, a variety of muffins and bagels, coffee, juices and milk. Coffee, tea and iced water were available in the main lobby 24/7. The suite itself was beautifully decorated, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Dallas!...

"I really liked the decoration and cleanliness of the rooms and the property in general. The staff were amazing and helpful. The beakfast had fresh food and variety in menu. Parking was good. The only thing that I would improve would be to install microwaves in every room. They have one in the lobby which I appreciated but having to take your food, go to lobby, warm and then go back to your room( which could be in a different floor, makes it slightly inconenient especially for multiple...

"My room was full of mildew. It was overwhelming. I complained and they moved me to another room with the same problem. The next day I complained again and they said they would clean the air conditioner. It made no effect so they moved me again. Next room was free from mold, but I developed new itchy bite marks on my abdomen and arms each morning."
