"Several problems on 3 night trip. Had to change rooms 3 times. First did not have proper AC. Second had no bathtub (for disabled). Third one had broken tiles on bathroom floor. Reading lamp turned on ceiling lamp; hard to go to sleep. Then the key didn't work and had to wait until the morning for new key. At one point another guest opened our door; she had been assigned to our room before our checkout time."

"Although the best of times were had, it is worth noting that many amenities are in need of maintenance of repair. Since children don’t notice, there are few complaints and they have an amazing time."

"It’s a beautiful stay, shower was a bit older in our room but overall it’s nice. Food at the pool- like fries way over seasoned for kids to have. Medium size 11$ was way too salty. We enjoyed it but I do feel it’s way too expensive for what it actually is. was fun, customer service was excellent."

"I stayed for two nights. First time in Dallas to visit the Kennedy Museum and Dealy Plaza. The hotel was walkable to everything I wanted to do and more. Room was clean. The hotel has lots of amenities for your stay. I will definitely consider this property for my next visit."

"The Caravan Court was an absolute gem! The decor was nostalgic with a modern twist. The hotel was built from the ground up, which apparently took 6 years, inspired by the old Caravan Motor Motel from the 1960's, It is one of my favorite places I have stayed in years. The food at the Vandy was incredible, the staff was amazing. 5 stars!"

"We woke up to find that our shower was not working and that our toilet had backed up and would not flush. I contacted the front desk before 9:00 AM to report the issues. After having to make several calls and follow up multiple times to request assistance, maintenance finally arrived close to 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, the maintenance employee arrived without the necessary tools to resolve the issue and had to leave to retrieve them. The problem was eventually resolved approximately 20 minutes...
