"Friendly staff"

"Terrible experience. Stay away from this property. If there's a Zero star, I woul have used it. No office, just a small.window to deal with the only person on the premises. Refused to give me a second floor room while most rooms were empty, insects and roaches inside the room, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, broken, hawks in the bathroom, broken shower drain, no iron or table. The worst part that Expedia said I can't get.refund for the second night that I was planning not to use"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."

"Some of the staff was helpful, not all. Breakfast sucked, I have stayed at a Hawthorn in OKC, and it was the best! so my expectations was the same. I had talked about the Hawthorn hotel so much and said it was good, and recommended it to my family. I was so embarrassed, and disappointed. it was not what it said online at all, dallas location was not it for us."

"Was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I pointed this out to the clerk on duty. Instead of apologizing, she walked off the job,quitting! I have never been given an uncleaned room to check into ever in my life. I’m done with this property."

"I am not sure how it got some great reviews. The location was a little sketchy, and there were a lot of random guests hanging out front- honestly, they looked like prostitutes."

"Great hotel, restaurant and food great. Only issue if you get a room with hideaway bed and need to use the bed. Be prepared to be cold. We asked for additional blanket. Service desk said sorry they dont have an extra blanket."
