What I like the most was the friendliness and hassle free checking in process. The surrounding is really well maintained. The foods from the restaurant is great.

We stayed at the Jasmine room for 3 nights, it was lovely. What we felt for Sandalwood was their impeccable service, attentive and kind staffs and every tiny details that are very well thought of. We were provided a mobile phone throughout our stay where we can use to call and schedule our shuttle, they provide free shuttle to town at certain time. We were given beach bags and beach towels that we could bring with us. Their breakfast spread was much better than 5 stars named hotels, local yet...

Its my first anniversary and we had made a good choice! The place is suitable for couples and romance. Very quite, peaceful and private. All staff are super nice. They even give u a complimentary tea set for our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Tongsai Bay! - all u need to do is just stay there and do nothing! They have all the facilities u need, free watersport activities, swimming pool , games room , two nice restaurant , spa , gym and tennis court! Love love love !

Privacy, quite, respect

First time to Kho Samui and the Hansar. Nice and quiet location just down the street from the Fisherman's Village which offer options for good food and some entertainment. The friendly staff and service at the Hansar was definitely the highlight.

Great beach access, great location, great staff!

This is just the most incredible place ever - in harmony with nature, beautiful, peaceful, restful and a fabulous place to unwind! The rooms are spectacular - carved teakwood, overlooking wilderness and the sea, a private pool and open air bathroom (a bit scary but spectacular). The highlight of the place is the staff who go out of the way (even before you arrive) to ensure that they can provide the best possible comfort and experience for you. Nothing was too much! Can't wait to go back!
