"we booked another hotel and stayed there due to various things
1. no food allowed by pool
2. no drinks allowed by the pool
3. the room made all our clothes smell damp
4. unlike Thailand the welcome when we arrived was poor. carried our own bags no welcome drink just a reception tell us the rules of what we cant do.
the hotel itself is a good standard, but it's very Western you could be in benidorm so that's a personal thing that we didn't like.
the food we ordered when we arrived was cold....

"The pool and access to beach front was very convenient. However, our room was directly in front of the bar/breakfast area so from 0715 they had music already playing so it would be difficult to sleep in. The curtains are also light so the rooms were bright early on. There were no PowerPoints near the bedside table and the showers were sandstone flooring, both of which was inconvenient. I would ask for a room away from the bar to have a little more privacy and quietness."

"The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the chefs (chef Thun and Bee) were outstanding. The pool tended to get dirty later in the day due to the high number of children. Overall, the resort is perfect for families next to all the actions, street food, fisherman village shops and the fire show. Very friendly staff always smiling- The themed kids’ rooms were a lot of fun and really enhanced our stay"

"Beautiful rooms, immaculate grounds, delicious and so much variety at breakfast…the pool was lovely and a perfect temp, never had any trouble getting a sun lounge - fantastic cocktails too. The staff were incredible, so kind, welcoming and friendly. I had a little accident on the main road of Koh Samui and had many grazes etc and the staff patched me up every morning and every evening and made sure I was ok. Honestly, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Location was perfect too. Would...

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber jeden samstag ist es recht laut im Zimmer durch die party’s aber an den anderen Tagen recht leise. Sehr schöner strand 1 min zu fuss entfernt. Personal sehr sehr freundlich :)
Wir hatten einen balkon auf der veranda direkt im Erdgeschoss da hat man sich etwas beobachtet gefühlt. Die Lage ist super man ist direkt am Geschehen, nahe am Strand und ein 7 Eleven ist auch nur 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt 👍"
