"Checking in is difficult and the property manager doesn’t always answer the phone. When she did she was rude. Only staff that is there is the breakfast crew and housekeeping gives clean towels daily Very cute place, no reception on the TV, hot tub has no cover and gets dirty easily and no jets. The location on the south coast is good"

"The property owner never sent me an instruction email. When I connected them to get a code and key, they provided no information other than a code. The code didn’t work, the main building look abandoned. It was terrible and felt like a scam. I’m hoping Expedia can help me get a refund because the property owner appears to be irresponsible and unaccountable. Do NOT book here. Expedia should not list them!"
