It was clean location was perfect, the cleaning was on point, the music at night was such a welcome gesture and I am so grateful that the 1st time I come to Singapore, I said here!"

"Beautiful and Great Hotel !!! Great staff !!! The staff were very courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The concierge staff was very helpful with assisting me in addressing a concern I had with our flight and also helping me to confirm our flights and seats for our return flight to Japan. She was very patient and thorough. I thought I needed to take a taxi to the airport to address this. She saved me a trip. I am very grateful for her help. I wish I wrote down her name because I am terrible at remembering names. She worked at the concierge desk and helped me on June 4, 2026 before lunch. Again, THANK YOU 🙏"

"The hotel is faultless. Highly recommended. Excellent lobby drinks and food, as is the Town restaurant right next to it. We highly recommend the Signature Bar, down the second lobby, behind the check in counters. Huge whiskey collection, perfect oysters served, the staff knowledge and service was par excellence!"
