Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

Nice and pleasant. Got upgraded to Junior Suite, but room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids. But overall the experience staying was excellent.

Amazing hotel in the CBD with great facilities for kids. The executive suite was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The club access provided parents with an area for children to have a full meal (complimentary) and activities in the evening while parents enjoy the club floor drinks/canapés. The staff at the Renaissance are fabulous! I was very impressed with Aishya in the kids club who was so kind and patient with my very shy 4 year old. Equally, I was incredibly impressed...

Classic hotel, very spacious room n bathroom, clean, nice breakfast. Maybe need to put a photo frame in the room to make it more colorful and not dull, put fragrance to make it feels luxurious

We’ve stayed in Thistle for many times. The hospitality of the staff, facilities were amazing. We booked both superior room and deluxe room in the recent trip. Deluxe room facing sea was in better condition than the superior room facing the garden. Deluxe room has better lighting while superior room seemed to be dimmed. Room size seemed to be the same for both types of room. Breakfast variety was good.
