Great central location. Staff from reception to breakfast were helpful and friendly. Shout out for Luke who made a fantastic first impression when we checked in. We had a corner room which was very spacious. The hotel was extremely well maintained in all area. The gym was a bonus and well equipped. All in all a very good experience, would definitely use again when visiting Dundee

Hotel very conveniently located to city centre and all it offers, culturally - great museums, sustenance - great restaurants and a lovely walk along the river in the sunshine, also easy walking distance from the station. Room was clean, but a sock was discovered from a previous resident on the desk chair. Bed was comfy, but springs very squeaky. Free breakfast - a wide choice of hot and cold foods. Bananas were very green! Some cutlery and cups unclean. Snacks available from the bar and a comfy lounge to relax in. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even with the issues mentioned, we would return and recommend to others.

The room was spotless & the staff just couldn’t have been more helpful.Had a late nights get hotel meal too which was super as after our long journey we were so very tired. We attended a family bereavement the funeral car picked us up at door of hotel & staff couldn’t have been more courteous & empathetic. Hotel ideally placed & super central. This is the BEST place to stay in Dundee! The location is convenient to everything you need, the amenities are great, and the free breakfast is delicious, as is everything we’ve tried from their dinner menu. But the thing that stands out the most here is the staff! They’re all incredibly friendly and helpful, and really make a hotel stay feel like home. Kinga, Luke, George, both of the Callums, Alex, Zosia, and the ENTIRE staff are all some of the best people we’ve met while traveling. We’ve now stayed here twice, for a total of about 4 weeks “living” in the hotel, and there’s not another place we’d rather be while in Dundee. Can’t wait to come back!
