"Cadre parfait, petite cabane individuelle avec ventilateur, qui fait parfaitement l'affaire il ne faisait pas chaud dans la piece malgré les 35 degrés dehors. Personnel au top toujours souriant et prêt a aider, vraiment je recommande. Seul petit bémol l'absence de frigo vraiment pas pratique mais vu le rapport qualité prix c'est pas bien grave."

"The cleaners were not very serious, and spent more time making elephants and swans out of the towels, than cleaning. Cosy pool ! Terrible noisy aircon. We were given one key only, so could chose between a locked door/ hot room to return to, or unlocked/cold room. We were denied an extra key. Asked cleaners to come back in 5 mins, and they didn’t come at all. An almost worn out hotel."

The beach front has such beautiful turquoise water, but beware of the tide. The grounds are so beautiful. There were lots of steps to get up to our room, but we didn’t mind since the view was amazing from up higher. "Great hotel outside of the main hotel areas in the Island. Feels very private and quiet. It is still a short walk on the beach away from the walking street and all the restaurants. Does have a small beach with access to the ocean. Great breakfast included. We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the terrace. Very private, no way for anyone to see into the terrace. The bed is extremely comfortable and looks out into the ocean and neighboring islands. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable...

"We rented one of the two larger cottages directly on the beach and it was really quite wonderful. It provided a nice level of privacy and the view at night in particular, was really a joy. Bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was far from luxurious, was large and perfectly suited for a beach cottage. Air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast food is limited-pretty much the same choices every day, but it was filling and satisfying. The people at the front desk were patient and...

"Avoid this hotel! The service at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced! They promised us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, we politely asked and out of nowhere, both front desk ladies gave us an attitude with a face! We tried to chill and they promised us another 20 mins, and again, after the 20 mins, they still didn't bother to update us until we asked again. Again, the room is still not ready. Apparently, they just simply promised us, without even talking...

"We stayed in A6, Deluxe Beachfront and it was fantastic. right on the beach which is reasonably quiet mostly. It's close to the bar and restaurant but that never gets too loud so sleep was fine. Already booked to go again. Only down side was the bath / shower facilities...dated and shower over bath with low pressure. also note that the bathroom window is see through when you have the light on. we often saw our neighbour in the bath."
