"When your taxi driver from Had Yai Airport and front desk informed you no cabs would come to this property to take you anywhere, this gave us an immediate concern. Property was very isolated with no shops or stores. The closest seven eleven was like 20 minutes away by car on the road with no sidewalks or streetlights. We stayed here for one night as we were headed to Pak Bara Pier the next day to go to Koh Lipe. The front desk told us that they couldn't call a taxi for us to get us to the pier....
