"Perfect stay. Very friendly staff. Excellent guids Ramona and Lenny. Jungle walk was great also the visit to the Longhouses. Transfer to Hilton was also great. Excellent driver. Food was good. Nature incredible. You can swim in the lake. Pool great. The rooms are run down and the aircon is blowing into your face when you sleep. We stayed three nights."

"We only stayed here one night but the staff were really friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable bed, there’s some shelves to put your stuff on. Breakfast is just toast and jam but this is perfectly fine considering how cheap the room is. Good location, lots of nice restaurants nearby. "

"We were picked up by Brandon in the Basaga Shuttle Bus. Brandon immediately was very friendly. We did our thing around Kuching but then decided to book a tour with Brandon, best thing we did. "Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. "Absolutely incredible place. Its a boutique hotels and was very peaceful. Amazing staff who were happy to help with anything. Beautiful pool, comfy rooms, I would highly recommend staying here if you want a tranquil stay."

"Arrived hotel and requested for early check in on 4th Oct around 10am. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful with my request. He politely advised the room not ready and after few minutes he called me from the lobby and found the suitable room but asking whether am I okay with smoking floor. So, managed to check in earlier than expected. Room was tidy and good stay! Thanks to reception guy which I forgot his name but he shall get a salary raise for his politeness. Keep it up!"
