"Requested an early check-in. Room was not ready when we got there which we knew it probably would not be. But they gave us a key to go in and use the pool while we waited for our room. Got to the pool and within 20 minutes our room was ready which was amazing. Room was super. I was there with my adult daughter and we had the king suite room. what was nice, there was a door between the bedroom in the living room area so we could close that and have our privacy and able to watch TV in each room...

"From the moment we stepped into the Fogcather office to check in to the last minute of our stay, we loved every minute. Julii was so friendly and even joked with us as we checked in. June who was the manager was delightful and even upgraded our room to an ocean front. June also helped us get acquainted with local wines and even let us use wine glasses to enjoy our Hearst wine. "This property is located right across the highway from the Moonstone Boardwalk and has excellent beach access. The property is clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast is very limited, but the staff makes sure everything is fresh and well stocked. The fire pit area is nice and there is really comfortable sitting areas where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the beach. We will definetly stay here again and recommend it to all our friends!"

"We had the Cayucos room and we loved it. No complaints really. The fridge is a little weird and we had wished there were bigger trash cans in the room to put the food trash we ordered in a bin. The bar at the pool is by far better than the bar by the restaurant. We had a lovely spa afternoon. Highly recommend their spa services!! We loved it so much the day we got home we booked another girls trip immediately!! Can’t wait to go back!"
