"The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery"

"Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...

"I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one! But the bathroom was not clean. The room didn't have any tea/coffee/milk and when we did go to make a hot drink one of the mugs had already been used. I found this out at about 10/11pm and on phoning reception they first asked if we would come to them to collect clean mugs and no apology. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process.
