"We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the staff was amazingly helpful throughout our visit, and the pool was exceptionally clean and our kids had a complete blast! ​However, there were a few drawbacks with the room. The soundproofing was very poor; we could hear noise through every wall. Even though we were all the way up on the 6th floor, noise from the main lobby and bar traveled straight up, making it really difficult for us to get a good night's...
