"I have sent the property going on about seven times now. I do love the property very much and that Desi Arnaz and Lucy are something from my era. Also that I know the Desi Arnaz family really well.

"The staff esp Roberta ( front desk) were incredibly thoughtful and friendly. I think Roberta was the best check in ever. My room was absolutely immaculate, the pool was spotless, and the grounds were beautiful. I love being able to access to the pool 24/7 and appreciated all the offered amenities
The only downside was that Wi-Fi was down and I was unable to use the TV doing my overnight stay
I highly recommend this boutique hotel and I look forward to returning"

"We’re Ace Members and stay here all the time, usually checking in between 3 & 4 pm. Although check in time is 4 pm, we’ve never had a problem checking in a little earlier. The last two times @ approximately 3:30 we were told there was not one room available. They have 340 rooms and we see the cleaning staff cleaning rooms at 9 am. So they were obviously lying to their us. There are other hotel/casinos that do this to their customers to keep them in the casino for a longer time. Not cool. We were...
