"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Für eine Nacht als Notlösung war das Hotel in Ordnung, insgesamt hat es mich jedoch nicht überzeugt. Bereits der Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel ließ sehr lange auf sich warten, was nach der Anreise unnötig frustrierend war. Mein erstes Zimmer musste ich wechseln, da es extrem nach Rauch roch und für mich nicht bewohnbar war. Im Ersatzzimmer war die USB-Ladestation auf einer Bettseite defekt. Außerdem war der Abfluss der Badewanne fast verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam...

"Terrible experience. The room was disgsuting and had staples holding the walls together in the bathroom, tons of dust in corners and broken furniture. I was charged $40 a day for amenities. Those amenities include a “gym” (a treadmill, a bike, and a dumbbell rack that is missing 40% of the dumbbells and the dumbbells that ARE there have broken handles and grips). They have a rooftop that is FINE. So essentially we paid $120 for water bottles which seems outrageous. Staff would not accommodate...
