"Great unit in a nice block. It was clean and tidy, well equipped in the kitchen. We were in a first floor unit with a limited view. Our unit was noisy from the shops carpark next door, last year we were higher up and didn’t notice the noise as much.
A great location within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and across the road from the beach. Trinity Beach is a beautiful place to holiday."

"there was rubbish (left over pizza in our bin) skid marks in the toilet. Hot water situation needs to be fixed either burning or cold. no in between.
service was nice but overall a little bit upset with how the room was left for us when we arrived considering it's an Oaks"

"Everything went fine over the weekend. We only had one small blip over breakfast. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids - giving our kids age of 14 when we booked. When we went to breakfast, the breakfast staff said breakfast was only including kids, which is 12 years and under. We were always clear on the kid's ages so I'm not sure why they weren't included in the 'breakfast included' option. Very confusing. "The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc.
I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.
