"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). "If you are traveling anywhere near this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bar and restaurant were some of the best we experienced all over Italy. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. "A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."
