Absolutely fantastic stay

This brand new hotel was awesome. It was the nicest hotel stay we had during our trip to Südtirol. Easy walk from the train/bus station. Excellent location near the central plaza, restaurants, the museum and the cable car. Great breakfast and very attentive staff. We would most definitely stay here again.

The Eisenhut is a special property - architecturally interesting and very nicely appointed. The public spaces are welcoming, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is generous, with a wide range of tasty options. The staff are top notch - friendly, helpful and efficient. We would definitely stay again if in Bolzano.

Very serene vibe to this lovely hotel. Great thought and care went into the design. Excellent breakfast with healthy options. Nice lobby area to socialize or relax. Didn’t have time to fully enjoy all the amenities offered. Nearby parking was stressful and confusing. Perhaps better information needed for this aspect.

Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly.

The service was great, the breakfast was amazing, the design of this hotel is very nice. But the rooms are not very well sound proofed. If someone at the end of the hall closes a door a bit harsh, you bed will shake because of the noise, other than that all was amazing. Recommended if staying in bolzano

The hotel and the service was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a hotel in Bolzano. Beautiful new hotel. Amazing breakfast. Room was lovely and very quiet. We were able to sleep without any outside noise. We were lucky to be upgraded to a wonderful suite. Thank you so much to the staff for a wonderful stay.

This is one of the top properties I've stayed at in the last couple of years. It was clean. The food was good. The decoration and aesthetics were top-notch. Bolzano card which gave us free public transport was an unexpected but delightful bonus as we toured castles around the area. If I had to do it over again, I would have stayed longer.

Incredible Experience!

The Eisenhut was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable stays we have ever had. The hotel is clearly brand new in renovation but ran as if it has been operating for years at perfection. The room was spotless and comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We have not one critique- which is rare. Breakfast was even phenomenal. Would not only stay again, we WILL stay again.

Magic in the dolemites

One of the most beautiful and best hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s located right go t in the middle of Bolzano, steps from the train station and all the routes to the dolemites. But you can see the dolemites from your room too! Unbelievable place, great stay, great staff, and great amenities. Constant there.

It is a new hotel in a restored building in the old town. When we arrived it was their first day of opening. The staff were all very pleasant. The public area was beautiful and welcoming. We had a double room which included a small balcony and terrace. The only downside was the size of the bedroom. It was quite small for two people. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend.

The staff offered outstanding service and the hotel was brand new. That was one of the reasons I took off one star. The furniture was so new, that the off-gassing smell was very strong. The smoke detector (?) was clicking loudly when we first arrived & other rooms' ones were too. Once alerted the staff fixed that by the time we got back to our room that afternoon. However, an incessant ticking replaced it and my partner & I could not find the source. It was like a loud clock ticking. Finally in the am we located a fuse panel behind the furniture & alerted staff. They were apologetic but didn't offer any compensation for the annoyance of either of those problems. Little disappointed because it was very disturbing to our sleep. Probably would stay again, especially after it's been "broken in" a little more. Parking was NOT EASY and costly, be aware of that, but nothing is available on the street
