"Very helpful staff, beautiful patios and great views.
Unfortunately the pillows, duvet and towels made the hotel feel less than luxurious and more like an air b& b.
for such a high priced and rated hotel we expected fresh, crisp high end linen, pillows, duvet and towels.
Replacing old linen, duvets, and towels should be a basic standard for a hotel in this price point."

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything, we walked to Roma Termini and Trevi fountain in minutes. The hotel restaurant and private spa were beautiful touches. The rooms are on the smaller side for a longer stay and having a smart TV would've put the cherry on top, overall a lovely space and felt good to come home to on long days. Also, Birthday touches made me feel special ☺️🥳. All requests were granted or at least attempted to. We stayed for 6days."
