"The service and authenticity of the lovely staff stand out so much. We stayed two nights and it was a little admin bungle from our side that had it under 2 different names. From the outset Kevin in reception was just so lovely.. explained the error and how to fix it. Then my booking was for the next night and the last on reception was amazing at 9pm at night. We will return based on the property and its outstanding people, which lets face it can ruin even the best of accommodation. Well done AC Hotel. You were perfect!"

"My mum and I had an accessibility room because she is elderly. The room was clean comfortable and pet friendly. I picked up my dog from quarantine and staying at the Quest St Kilda rd was a comfortable transition for my move back to Australia. "
