"Everything is good"

"Gorgeous old hotel, magnificent room, really a suite, beautifully outfitted and furnished. However there was lots of noise intrusion from the trams outside, and the suite was not street adjacent. Minor downside and not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty either in room or in the restaurant. My only complaint is that the room was only serviced once in my 4 day stay despite having the service request sign on the door for 2 of those days."

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Extremely friendly and warm customer service. Our room was upgraded for us free which was a nice bonus and very clean. We would recommend this to anyone wanting close to the city but quieter. Easy and nice walk into city and such a great location. Can't wait to visit another time. "
