"unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. The Manager was clearly in control and professionalism shone throughout the entire complex. We would highly recommend "

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "There was no way for ys to get to the island from el nido, tried a week in advanced, would have gladly went explained to expedia, they contacted the hotel and said they would not help at all, and lost all my money at the resort. Terrible property, it said no refunds, but we tried everything to get there, so booked cebu instead. Would never book with hennan again, with a week in advance trying, no empathy and understanding so have to call it as it is. Hennan do better, it was not anyone's...
