"Arrived shortly after 5pm for our 4pm check-in, told room wasnt ready and offered downgraded room with $75 dinner voucher. Since I had 7pm dinner reservations and 8pm show tickets, I declined. I chose to wait being told my rooms cleaning would be expedited and given a $20 ticket for the bar. At 630p (an hour and a half after arrival) I went to front desk to ask about possible ETA for my room as well as seeing if they had availability to extend my stay one day. Right away I was told if I extended...
