"Staff were great and the hotel atmosphere was great. They have breakfast and dining options and vending machines. The only downside to I this hotel is the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbours conversations fairly clearly. Staff send security to control noise right away though. "

"I love the hotel, the staff is friendly and accommodating, 18th floors river view was stunning, at night especially. The gym and pop are great, water in the lobby is appreciated. The bathroom may need a bit more tidying up, that’s the only thing I could think of. :)"

"This hotel was in very close proximity to Love Park which was our goal since our visit there was to the Christmas Markets. My only complaint is very small but would have really made a big difference to me-there was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower. I didn' realize this until the end of our stay or I would have said something before then. Everything else was fantastic!"

"Element was nothing less than excellent. The staff - from the valet to the front desk - everyone was helpful and kind. Our room was super clean and modern as are the public spaces for dining or lounging. We typically stay at the Westin and my entire family agreed that Element was more beautiful and had better amenities. Note: I have an EV. The valet took my car and plugged it in for complementary overnight charging. I was having an issue with the car charging, and a couple of valets came down...
