This was an expedia booking. The hotel stated that they didn't have me checked in properly to the system and as a result I was charged $70 more at checkout than the expedia reservation promised. Additionally, they couldn't print a reciept for the stay. The parking garage gate did not work correctly so access to and from was difficult and tricky. Finally, the neighborhood is close to a government center where several homeless people slept on the street. Walking to a local restaurant was a bit uncomfortable for an older couple.

Good location and walkable to shops and restaurants. A busy hotel, expect some noise, good food in the restaurant and staff are helpful. The population of homeless people surrounding this area is unfortunate but a sad reality of issues in our country.
