"A five star hotel usually comes with a higher level of service and W fell a bit short. The biggest issue was the pool. You must have a bracelet to enter the pool. Bracelets are free with room and are available at front desk. I should’ve received or have been asked if I required said bracelets. "A few highlights about the property and then specifics, Scale from 1-10 (10 best) Location - 11 (ELEVEN) The best location by far. Room - 7.5 Deluxe King (hardly deluxe) -Small-ish and in need of updating, clogged shower (fixed) and not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the floor by the bed when we arrived and still there 2 days later. Someone is not cleaning properly. "I stayed here for my birthday and honestly it was the best experience Ive had in a hotel so far, when I told the lady at the front desk it was my birthday she upgraded my room to a city view and also included a discount for my breakfast, I was delivered flowers at night as well literally 10/10 staff. Dont even get me started with the spa, beautiful experience will definitely be back."
