"Tuvimos varios detalles durante nuestra estancia... Primero nos toco esperar cuando recien llegamos al hotel para hacer check in, ya que no había nadie en el mostrador, después de varios minutos fuimos a buscar quien nos atendiera al área del restaurante... Por otro lado, las imagenes publicadas de la habitación que reservamos no correspondían del todo a lo que recibimos físicamente, ya que teníamos solo vista parcial al mar y teniamos frente al balcón el área trasera del restaurante del hotel...

"When we arrive it was 12am at that time wanting to shower and take good rest as we enter no receptionist some old man approached and gave us the key the steps are almost falling as we enter nothing at all as the pictures you advertise the view from the room was ok but the curtain ohh my god was full of moles dirt the bathroom dirty needs a good scrub and clean the windows here is where the worst part comes time to lay on the bed was the worse moment ever even my tiredness went away the pillows...
